Step 1: START YOUR SEARCH!
Create your profile with PIPO and start applying!

Step 2: CONNECT WITH US!
Connect with your local team online, in-person, or via the phone (voice or text). Find your local office and give them a call or fill out the contact form and they’ll get in touch with you.

Step 3: TALK TO A RECRUITER!
Meet with a recruiter (virtually or in-person), discuss the best opportunities for you, and apply for jobs.

Step 4: START INTERVIEWING!
It’s time to start interviewing for roles potential employers. We’ll help facilitate scheduling. You also might need to complete an assessment, medicals and background checks depending on the job opportunity.

Step 5: ACCEPTING A JOB!
You’ve had your interview, everythings gone great and now you can celebrate!

Step 6: ONBOARD AND START WORKING!
You’ll now go through onboarding, which also includes your new employer onboarding. This included make sure your payroll details are in and your ready to start working!

Step 7: CHECK-INS
You’ll have consistent check-ins with your recruiter. You’ll share how the job is going and, if necessary, start talking about your next assignment.
