Broderick Mitchell

General Manager

Broderick wears many hats, being responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, Compliance, Work Health and Safety and Occupational Health and safety of PIPO. He manages PIPO Labour Hire & Recruitment and  PIPO Support Services, an NDIS registered service provider.

Carolyn has joined PIPO in September 2020 as our Senior Recruitment Officer, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the PIPO team. Carolyn has 10 years of senior management and recruitment experience, along with proven track record to meet client needs on very tight deadlines.

He works closely with recruiters and external sources to find the best candidates through the interview and hiring process to produce the best candidate for the role. Trent, Support Coordinator, is committed to helping his clients with disabilities live a better life and supporting participants to have choice and control with a commitment to working with integrity fairness and empathy.
Trent has experience in Return To work Coordination, working proactively and collaboratively with participants at all levels to identify, assess and coordinate a broad range of workers compensation matters working closely with stakeholders for efficient coordination of injury/trauma management, return to work and health, safety and well-being programmes
